BOOKING POLICY FOR SINGLE CABINS

For reservations of 3 days or more, we require HALF AT BOOKING AND BALANCE DUE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL. For all reservations of less then 3 days, full payment is due at the time of booking.

BOOKING POLICY FOR MULTIPLE CABINS AND LODGES

When renting multiple cabins or one of our Lodges, 50% is due at the time of booking and the balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. For your convenience we accept all major credit cards, personal checks, travelers checks and money orders.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR SINGLE CABINS

Due to the nature of our business, and the fact that people generally book our cabins well in advance, we require a minimum of 30 days notice in order to give a full refund of your deposit, less a $75.00 processing fee. If you must cancel your reservation with less then 30 days notice of your arrival date, and we are able to re-rent your cabin in full, we will be happy to refund your deposit, less the $75.00 service charge. In the event of an early departure or bad weather, we can not give any kind of refund.

CANCELLATAION POLICY FOR MULTIPLE CABINS AND LODGES

When renting multiple cabins or our large lodges we require 45 days advance notice in order to receive a full refund less a $100.00 processing fee. If you must cancel your reservation with less then 45 days notice of your arrival date, and we are able to re-rent your cabin in full, we will be happy to refund your deposit, less the $100.00 service charge. In the event of an early departure or bad weather, we can not give any kind of refund.

PET POLICY

We do allow well mannered, house broken pets. We ask that when you are not at the cabin, and when possible, that you bring your pet with you. If your pet is of the barking kind, and you must leave them behind, please leave them indoors, preferably crated. For the safety of other guests in the area, please do not leave your pet unattended outdoors. Most dogs enjoy jumping in the creek. Please do not let them into the cabin until they are completely dry. If your pet is of the shedding kind, please do not allow them on the furniture or beds. The reason we allow pets is because we are animal lovers ourselves, and could not imagine going on vacation without our pets. We only ask that you follow our simply rules. Due to the extra time involved in cleaning a cabin and the additional liability insurance that we must carry because we allow pets, we must charge a $50.00 non refundable pet fee for up to 2 dogs. Guests are also responsible for any damage caused by their pets and agree to pay for any charges that might arise from said damage.

SMOKING POLICY

For the courtesy of our non smoking guests, we ask that you refrain from smoking inside the cabin at all times. Ashtrays are provided on the porches of all cabins. If there is smoking in the cabins, odor of smoke, or damage from smoking in the cabins, there will be a $100.00 automatically charged to your credit card. Thank you for your understanding.

DAMAGE POLICY

You are liable for any damage to the cabin or its furnishings. The cabin was inspected before your visit to ensure all furnishings and electronics are in proper condition. We request that you report to us any damage that occurs during your stay. The cabin will also be inspected after your visit and you will be contacted if any unreported damage is found.
